Business Analyst - Cracow – Poland – Permanent – Competitive Monthly Salary

My client is currently looking to hire a permanent Business Analyst based in Cracow. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic growing company as part of their large Business Change team.

During this position your Main responsibilities will be:
• Gather, analyze and document requirements
• Cooperate with development team and architect
• Validate and verify developed solution
• Prepare test cases to cover all software functionality
• Conduct acceptance tests with stakeholders
• Prepare presentations, manuals and documentation for new functionality
• Review and identify issues and opportunities in business processes
• Communicate at various levels of an organization and in different localizations

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following experience:
• Extensive business analyst experience
• Long term knowledge of the software development lifecycle
• Extensive practical experience in requirements analysis, management and change management
• Knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of test organization or execution
• Familiarity with CMMI Software Engineering Practices and/or ITIL Service Lifecycle Practices is a plus
• Very good problem solving and analytical thinking
• Fluency in English is essential
