Currently we are looking for
Recruitment Intern

Location: Wroclaw, Silver Tower
Duration: At least 3 months of full-time/part time unpaid internship

Project Description:
Join our office in Wroclaw and become a member of our open minded, progressive and professional team. Luxoft will invest into your professional training, and allow you to grow your professional career.

Responsibilities:
- Sourcing candidates using different channels (web-sites, social networks, direct methods) on the Polish IT market and EMEA
- Screening applications according to the requirements
- Supporting recruitment team with administration tasks (interviews scheduling, recruitment database maintenance, preparing job specifications)

Requirements:
- Fluent English – must have
- Willingness to develop in recruitment area
- Knowledge of IT market (or willingness to gain knowledge in IT field)
- Excellent communication skills and good phone manner
