• Higher education
• Fluency in English and proficiency in one of the following languages: Dutch, Czech, French, German or Russian
• Strong interest in computer hardware, networking & wireless and operating systems
• Deep knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong knowledge of terminology and electronic devices
• Efficient user of online search engines
• Focused on quality and goal oriented
• Excellent communicator both verbal and written

Other advantageous skills will be:
• IT education is not necessary, but would be an advantage
• Experience in Help Desk or Customer Service will be an asset

As a Customer Support Specialist you will be responsible for:
• Ensuring proper functioning and quality of IT services delivered to the Customer
• Responding to technical queries reported by customers via e-mail, telephone or on-line conferences
• Continuous analysis of Customer needs in order to make proper recommendations regarding products and processes
• Creating database with articles about solving the technical problems related to the offered services
• Update and supervision of technical documentation and reports
• Ensuring client complaints are dealt with professionally
