What you can expect:
Based in Warsaw, this is a global project management role, leading a project that is focused on fundamentally improving the HR customer experience. The project is global in its scope and will review processes and technology to identify and enhance HR interactions to be more customer oriented. The role reports into the GBS HR Operations Director for Europe, Eurasia and Africa and will also require managing a global project team.

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for:
• Planning, leading and delivery of the project according to the project plan and budget.
• Day-to-day project management including status reporting, budget management as well as issue and risk management.
• Collaboration with global HR team to validate the project plan, manage key stakeholders and ensure compliance with programme management governance requirements.
• Recommendations development in conjunction with internal and external partners to ensure project outcomes.
• Relationship management and work coordination between various partners and customers, both internal and external.
• Making sure that all agreed deliverables are produced on time, on budget and according to Coca- Cola quality standards.
• Providing subject matter expertise.

What you need to be successful:
• Project management skills and at least 10 years of proven experience in managing a global project, preferably in an established consulting company,
• Experience in global project management, preferably in HR, though any functional area would be considered. • HR functional knowledge will be an advantage,
• Excellent computer literacy, especially in MS Office and Project Management tools, • Share Services experience will be an advantage,
• Experienced in change and communication management,
• Have lead project team/project resources,
• Experience in working in matrixed and virtual teams,
• Working knowledge of Operational Excellence principles,
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred,
• PMP or Six Sigma certifications or equivalent,
• Excellent verbal and written English is a must,
• Able to travel approximately 25 – 30% during this assignment.
