List otwarty Chairmana The IIC dotyczący PIKW, który tu umieszczamy na jego zlecenie, bez zbędnego komentarza.

Do wszystkich zainteresowanych osób i instytucji

Uzyskałem informacje, że polska firma PIKW Sp. z o.o. podpisała
umowy o współpracy z wyższymi uczelniami o współorganizowaniu
studiów podyplomowych. W celu promowania tych studiów, PIKW
podaje, że współpracuje z The Institute for Internal Controls
(The IIC) i fałszywie podaje, że The IIC przyzna profesjonalne
desygnacje Certified Internal Controls Auditor (CICA) i Certified
Controls Specialist (CCS) studentom danych uczelni na podstawie
ukończenie specyficznych akademickich studiów czy kursów.

PODAJĘ DO WIADOMOŚCI, że The IIC nie ma żadnej takiej umowy
ani z PIKW Sp. z o.o. ani z żadną uczelnią w Polsce i że taka
promocja jest oszustwem. PIKW Sp. z o.o. był powiadomiony o tym,
iż powyższe działania są nieuczciwe, ale mimo tego, kontynuował
promocję tych kłamstw w ramach nieistniejącej umowy.

Wszystkie uczelnie i studenci, którzy są ofiarami tego oszustwa
powinni zaprzestać udziału w tych nieuczciwych działaniach i
powinni skontaktować się bezzwłocznie z PIKW Sp. z o.o. w celu
zakończenia współpracy.

Wszystkie uczelnie i studenci, którzy są ofiarami tego oszustwa
powinni skontaktować się z Koordynatorem IIC dla Europy i Prezesem
lokalnego Chapteru The IIC, panem Edmundem (Eddie) Saundersem, pod
adresem mailowym: Edmund.Saunders@iic-polska.pl, w celu wyjaśnienia
tej sprawy.

To Whom It May Concern:

It has been brought to my attention that the Polish organization
known as the PIKW has entered into agreements with schools
(“Wyższe uczelnie)” to cooperate in delivering postgraduate
courses in Poland. In order to promote these studies, PIKW is
alleging an alliance between the Institute for Internal Controls
(TheIIC) and which falsely claim that that The IIC will grant the
Certified Internal Controls Auditor (CICA) and Certified Controls
Specialist (CCS) professional certification designations to students
of named schools based on completion of specific academic programs
or courses.

BE ADVISED that TheIIC has no such agreement with the PIKW or any
school in Poland and that such advertising, whether by PIKW or the
school, is fraudulent. The PIKW has been notified of their
fraudulent activities but continues to advertise the false
representation and agreement.

All schools and students who are victims of the above fraud need to
cease any participation in the fraud and should contact the PIKW
immediately to end their agreement.

contact TheIIC European Coordinator and President of the Poland
Local Chapter of TheIIC, Mr. Edmund (Eddie) Saunders, at
Edmund.Saunders@iic-polska.pl, to discuss the above and answer any
questions.
