- Drive Continuous Improvement Program across multiple Finance & Accounting processes
- Creates own SSC training program related to ideas idetification
- Suggests process improvements, proposes solutions and works on their implementation

- Supports the creation of a design solution that satisfies the business requirements, aligns with the project scope
- Manages and adjusts specific SSC Business case methodology
- Collaborate and negotiate project goals across the management teams
- Actively manages stakeholder expectations. Provide consistent updates, address, and resolve problems
- Performs impact analysis to ensure all potential risks are addressed
- Control project budget
- Participates in post project reviews and document lessons learned
- Brings proven change management architectures and best practices to the SCC

- Delivers coaching in areas of soft skills (communication and presentation )
- Organizes and reviews externally provided training activities
- Ensures all trainings are addressing existing competence gaps and are in line with business needs -
- Supports line managers in addressing team-specific or individual training needs


Robotic process automation
- IdentifyIng tasks with automation potential together with operational teams;
- Implement automation with RPA and other applicable technologies;
- Creating the best practices for our new RPA operations;
- Support and train automation specialists in local production teams;
- Develop proposals for new equipment and lead to approval and project delivery;

Visual Basic implementations in RTR department – Retail process, Reconciliation tools etc.,
Cooperating with Sap Fico Team as Key User– Ticket creation and issue reviewing,
Training leadership for new joiners, hyperion, RTR processes, YEC closings etc.,
Reporting to management,
Compiling information for internal and external auditors, as required,
Participating in process improvement tasks,
Performing of Financial analysis, as required,
Other RTR Senior Accountant tasks,
Generating user-defined financial and management reports,
Escalating in unresolved issues in R2R department, tracking to final resolution,

Transferring P/L & BS data to Hyperion,

Completing general ledger reconciliations on a monthly basis,

Interfacing with customer service, sales organizations and Financial Controllers in communicating and resolving issues and discrepancies,

Supporting Junior R2R Accountants.

Preparing asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information,
Documenting financial transactions by entering account information,
Summarizing current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports,
Maintaining accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures,
Guiding accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions,
Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information,
Compiling with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions, Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
