Responsible for assigned tasks, including but not limited to:
• knowledge of business and cultural realities of Russia,
• realization of company’s trade policy in the entrusted region,
• creating distributors’ quarterly sales plans, budget and tasks resulting from the marketing strategy and supervising their implementation,
• building and maintaining positive relationships with clients (retail, wholesale and regional retail chains),
• improving regional distribution in terms of quantitative and qualitative,
• monitoring and analyzing competitors' actions in the region and the state and prospects of development of the market in all sales channels,
• participating in product demonstrations and commercial negotiations with retail customers, wholesalers and regional retail chains,
• supervising the financial accounts of regional partners, the responsibility for the execution of the budget and maintenance of the financial liquidity of the region,
• knowledge of business and cultural realities of Russia,

• negotiating the terms of cooperation and drafting commercial contracts,
