HR Manager
• Recruitment and selection employees in the country, and also in the Company's branch aboard Poland; creating ads and their publication, selection resumes, meetings with candidates throughout the Poland, occasional use of external companies during recruitment, organizing the whole process associated with employing new employees; (82% people works more than 2 years)

• Participation in the creation of the system of remuneration, promotion and bonuses of employees; the annual employee evaluation created with the General Director

• Creating monthly and annual reports on the lists of employees, structure and payroll
• Whole field of hard HR - personal folders, calculation of vacations, control working time, medical examination etc.

Junior Brand Manager
• Develop Go – to – marketing plan for assigned brand / channel / product for the area of responsibility in line with global requirements and other relevant marketing strategies and plans
• Propose and manage optimal assortment and corresponding pricing
• Develop and coordinate ATL&BTL and other marketing activities with other communication activities
• Manage assigned A&P budget and allocate to different activities
• Ensure collection of brand/product/channel related insights and consider them in the definition of the go to market strategy
• Monitor market competition
• Lead PR and brand promotion activities – create cluster promotion activities and ensure execution
• Ensure product specifications and certificates of responsible products
• Support sales activities (time spend in the field, training for internal/external SF)
