Customer Relation Supervisor
To fulfill the highest level requirements in terms of customer satisfaction I have to act on 3 fields:
Builds Customers intimacy & satisfaction
Organize and conduct Customer Service Meetings with clients organizations;
Build and maintain network with customers;
Cooperate with operational Team Leaders and together execute actions that increase customer satisfaction;
Follow-up issues from complaints database;
Represents Infosys BPO Poland towards Customers
Make agreement about migrations/implementations of new processes;
Communicate agreement changes, new procedures, improvements, projects, staff changes to/from customers;
Ensures World Class Services
Analyze and monitor results per customer/cluster (SLA reliability, ICS, quality of performance) and discuss it during cluster & cross-functional meetings;
In case of unsatisfactory performance take care and coordinate that all issues are properly identified and addressed, adequate priority is given & action plan is defined and implemented;

- Providing courteous and professional non-product related transactional purchasing services to Philips customers (Philips Poland - National Organization in Warsaw) at all time in accordance to Philips procedures and business targets.
