Acquisition, Divestiture & Infrastructure Projects Portfolio provides coordination and project management services for all IMTs/countries, across EMEA, within 4 main areas:

1. Acquisitions
Running projects to deliver standard IBM infrastructure to newly acquired companies. Day-1 projects provide each new staff member with the full SCO service including ThinkPad, email, intranet, network access, voice, support and education, usually at very short notice and all on the same day. Office migration projects, either concern installing standard IBM infrastructure into recently acquired offices, across Europe, or closing the offices and moving all the acquired staff and technology into a nearby IBM office or a new one - supporting RESO activities in that area.

2. Divestitures
Coordinating activities to seamlessly off-board staff related infrastructure across Europe. These migrations are coordinated world-wide and must be done with no disruption to the business.

3. RESO Initiatives
Implementing the IGA standard IT infrastructure (Power9, Campus, Wi-Fi, Voice, Print infrastructure) within RESO initiatives for new IBM sites, extensions, space reduction, consolidation and closure/move. ADIP also supports voice and data infrastructure enhancements and changes to the 'steady state' infrastructure requirements.

4. Other Infrastructure Projects
As part of the IGA New Business organization, the ADIP team cooperates with other IGA portfolios to address IBM's IMT / country related project needs and align them with the projects run by other portfolios. We ensure efficient and effective deployment of IGA infrastructure in IMTs via close cooperation with projects sponsors (CIO, IBM Global Account) and managing the relationship and services with AT&T via cooperation with IGA Network Program Office team.

IMT BeNeLux & IMT Nordics Programme provides coordination and project management services for mentioned IMTs/countries within 2 main areas:

1. RESO Initiatives
Implementing the IGA standard IT infrastructure (Power9, Campus, Wi-Fi, Voice, Print infrastructure) within RESO initiatives for new IBM sites, extensions, space reduction, consolidation and closure/move. IMT BeNeLux & IMT Nordics Programme also supports voice and data infrastructure enhancements and changes to the 'steady state' infrastructure requirements.
