Responsible for executing Agreements, Orders and Letters. Analyzing, investigating and resolving queries. Completing all administration required. Meeting and exceeding SLA metrics. Training new employees in work areas and identifying and suggesting possible productivity and quality improvement measures, accepting and dealing with customer phone calls. Motivating teams to ensure maximum output of work and services through effective management of software queues and delegation of daily operations.

Supported in the overall delivery of the Group's business objectives, ensured all administration tasks were promptly met and all relevant documentation pertained to this function was maintained. Maintenance of
contracts & certificatings, daily invoices, safety record cards, general database.
