• Full lifecycle recruitment responsibility for graduate and entry level, including: supporting the hiring managers with starting up the hiring process, posting job advertisements, attracting and pre-screening suitable candidates, ensuring timely and accurate updates to both the candidates and the hiring managers, guiding the hiring manager during the contracting and onboarding phase
• Selection of candidates for specialist/managerial level in Workday, screening candidates via phone
• Reporting to the business and managers
• Direct search of candidates through Goldenline, Linkedin
• Maintaining communication with candidates, giving feedbacks
• Cooperation with academic career centers in Poland and recruitment websites
• Publication of job advertisements, networking
• Preparation and sending internal Talent Acquisition Newsletter
• Preparation of employer branding actions
• Organising and taking part in job affairs at universities

• Taking part in the realization of recruitment projects for key positions (engineers, specialists, managers, directors) at international level ( IT, Finance, FMCG, Automotive)
• Direct search of candidates on Linkedin and Goldenline for specific projects
• Screening & validation of candidates via phone
• Assessment of candidates
• Research for the information regarding specific companies and candidates
• Maintaining candidates network
• Reporting directly to the clients

• Providing customer service for English speaking customers
• Providing solutions via e-mail and chat
• Responding to complaints and requests according to the Groupon’s policy
