• Full lifecycle recruitment responsibility for graduate and entry level, including: supporting the hiring managers with starting up the hiring process, posting job advertisements, attracting and pre-screening suitable candidates, ensuring timely and accurate updates to both the candidates and the hiring managers, guiding the hiring manager during the contracting and onboarding phase
