Responsible for the human resources strategy, employer branding, recruitment, benefits administration and communication processes:
• Designing and implementing HR plan
• Identifying current and future human resources needs for startup
• Creating and implementing employer branding strategy
• Supporting employee relations
• Recruiting Staff - developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts, checking application forms, interviewing and selecting candidates. Provides consultation and assistance during the recruitment proces. Initiates recruitment via the ATS
• Planning and implementing a 360 Degree Feedback
• Creating and developing onboarding program, preparing an employee handbook
• Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management
• Preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
• Promoting equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation
