Main responsibilities:
1. Logging, updating and following up in the systems all complaints (order management, logistics, carrier, other)
2. First and/or second point of contact for receiving and registering service Complaints from customers (hospital, private and clinical lab, industry, research) and from remote Customer Care and Sales teams
3. Managing customer expectations and keeping their satisfactions on high level
4. Processing credit notes in line with policies
5. Handling product replacements in line with policies
