• Coordinating recruitment drives through job seminars and open days.
• Arranging and performing telephone interviews.
• Arranging scheduled interviews between candidates and clients.
• Conducting trainings for new employees.

• Office working in the field of order fulfillment.
• Coordinating and supervising receptions and warehouse issues.
• Placing orders.
• Cooperating with suppliers.
• Issuing invoices / corrections.
• Working in the OpenERP system.
