Local HR Services Lead for Poland & Central Eastern Europe
Leading Local HR Representatives team supporting Poland and Central Eastern Europe countries (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Serbia, Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia).

The team is providing local/country HR operational - administration support accordingly to the labor law and company policies, procedures for countries in scope. In particular:
- Employees On-boarding: Management of New Hire welcome session, benefits enrollment, employment contracts, on side personal files management;
- Local/Country Benefits Delivery: Ensuring employees enroll to benefits, liaison with Benefits Vendors, implementation of changes, plan and deliver benefit events and renewal process;
- Compliance and Administration: Ensuring that processes, policies and employment contract updates are in line with local labor law and company compliance, including preparing data for internal/external audits. Ongoing employee communications for any updates, providing admin support to the HR Manager and on side files management;
- Employees Off-boarding: Alignment with Benefits Vendors, sharing of final settlements, off-boarding process management with Employees;
- Point of Escalation: Provide day to day support to Employees and act as Tier 3 expert assistance for EMEAR HR Support team, Payroll and Benefit Vendors.

Global Performance & Development Program Lead
I took over Global Performance & Development Program Lead role on top of EMEAR Payroll Program Lead. I was responsible for:
- Becoming a part in the Global Performance & Development Project Team responsible for implementing a new Performance & Development (P&D) tool/process at the company worldwide;
- Managing implementation of new Performance & Development tool/process to global HR Shared Service Centers and Employees (EMEAR, APJC and US&LATAM);
- Executing Global Project Plan and running change management activities to ensure implementation of P&D program globally;
- Creation of Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Point Indicators (KPI’s) for Global P&D Program;
- Preparing necessary training materials and training sessions for Global HR Support Teams and Employees;
- Upon successful implementation, ongoing trend analysis vs SLA/KPIs to drive Employees case avoidance for global P&D program, as well as leading strategic performance reviews on a quarterly basis.

EMEAR Payroll Program Lead
I was responsible for:
- Leading EMEAR based Payroll shared services projects including Payroll process improvements and case avoidance strategies, in partnership with the EMEAR HR Support Team, global Project Manager, Local HR Services and EMEAR Payroll Vendors;
- Providing expert assistance for supported 60+ countries in EMEAR region to EMEAR HR Support Team in the Payroll area;
- Creation of Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Point Indicators (KPI’s) for EMEAR Payroll Program;
- Ongoing trend analysis vs SLA/KPIs to drive Employees case avoidance for Payroll program, as well as leading strategic performance reviews on a quarterly basis;
- Based on trends analysis, act as Project Manager for various improvement activities for EMEAR Payroll Program, which includes: Design scope, deliverables, roadmaps, resource plans, budgets, schedules, metrics and training. Finally, monitor and execute program deliverables against roadmap to ensure successful scheduling, cost management, risk management, quality and compliance;
- Creating necessary training materials and training sessions for EMEAR HR Support Team and impacted Employees in a given country.

Compensation and Benefits Specialist
I am responsible for:

- processing and maintenance of payroll and non-payroll data for several EU countries;
- coordination of all compensation related activities (merit, incentive compensation, seniority adjustments, salary surveys);
- maintaining employees’ data in SAP HR/HCM PA&OM modules (hiring, promotions/demotions, transfers, leavings, retirements etc.)
- initiating and coordinating various system improvements and projects;
- preparing various process & system manuals;
- preparing and providing analysis of various SAP reports for HR Directors/Managers/external parties;
- conducting job evaluations according to the HAY methodology.

I was responsible for:

- coordination and execution of recruitment processes for PMI in Poland;
- selecting new channels (agencies, job boards) for approaching the right candidates;
- developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of a need;

- advising on the offer conditions and supporting Managers in offers negotiations;

- on-boarding activities from new hire check-list to personal data input into the systems, ensuring smooth employee transition into the organization;
- supporting Talent Management reviews for all functions;
- act as Buddy in the team by providing trainings and support to the new comers in Recruitment team on global/local S&S process and tools/systems;
- establishing, maintaining excellent relationships with third party suppliers, Universities, newspapers and agencies;
- processing of invoices after EB / recruitment activities.

During yearly assignment in HR Centre of Expertise in Switzerland I was responsible for:

- providing overall support in daily responsibilities and project in the Employer Branding team in HR Centre of Expertise;
- launching local careers websites for affiliates of Philip Morris International in close cooperation with local affiliates (HR Business Partners & DSSCs), consultants and global corporate/legal department;
- supporting coordination of translation of the content for website;
- updating and publishing Employer Branding materials and content;
- operational support to all regions of affiliates of Philip Morris International in regards to the Employer Branding area.
