Answering routine questions and escalated customer service inquiries (about HR policies and procedures, performance management, learning and development, benefits administration, payroll and workforce administration) or routing inquiries to the appropriate resources (e.g., vendor, Center of Expertise - CoE, HR Business Partners – HR BP ) when required

Responding to employee data verification, report, and audit requests

Researching employee data integrity issues (e.g. improper job classification/coding) and performing appropriate action as needed

- providing support to the sales network during the sales phases of company products
- working knowledge of all insurance products such as whole-life insurance, unit-linked insurance plan and pension funds.
- managing contract documents, analysing inquiries and other non-routine or complex correspondence by e-mails and fax.

Several years of experience in promoting activities, merchandising distribution and hospitality service. Gained long-standing experience as steward in conferences and promotional activities. In charge of coordinating mini-tour promotions and supervising a team work. Computer and appliance promoter for international important brands, also photographer for some party events.
