-Organizing the office layout and order stationery and equipment,
-Maintaining the office condition and arrange necessary repairs,
-supporting HR in updating and maintaining office policies as necessary,
-ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time,
-providing general support to visitors,

- Managing the scheduling of all interviews, ensuring both candidates and assessors are fully briefed;
-Acting as the main point of contact for Recruiters, Managers and Candidates;
-Collecting feedback from Recruiters and Hiring Managers after interviews and uplodading in relevant system/ database;
-Scheduling meetings, international travels, hotel bookings; transfers;
-Updating Applicant Tracking System in real time-Support Recruiters in maintenance of reports and oder ad hoc tasks;
-Acting as the main point of contact for Recruiters, Managers and Candidates;
-Collecting feedback from Recruiters and Hiring Managers after interviews and uplodading in relevant system/ database;
