- Translation of orders, forwarding to the production process,
- Cooperation with production unit for delivery of the highest quality products.

-active searching for new clients interested in leasing of workers, building relationships with clients
-negotiating conditions of cooperation (via E-Mail, phone and during business meetings)
-performing basic analysis of customer needs
-analysis of trends on the German job market, competition analysis
-maintaining a positive long-term relationships with clients
-preapring and signing contracts and other documentation with clients
-cooperation with recruitment department, supervising the process of recruitment, support in verifying language skills of candidates,
-preparing contracts for new workers, searaching for the accomodation for them

- working on complex HR related cases by the following of all policies and procedures of the organization in German/English
- responding to customer queries via phone and emails, keeping high level of communication
- maintaining high level of care and accuracy in process
