Senior Revenue Specialist / General Ledger Accountant
Fulfilling all Revenue Accountant duties, testing new system solutions and functionalities during global SalesForce implementation in HDS, optimizing processes, preparing monthly SOX control reports, updating internal procedures related to revenue recognition and SOX narratives.
Revenue Specialist / General Ledger Accountant
Verifying all data received for validity and compliance to US GAAP, SOX control and HDS Policies, analyzing documentation and accurate processing submitted deals, ensuring all revenue recognition criteria has been met prior to recognition of deals, reconciliations of revenue and cost of goods sold accounts, related B/S accounts, preparing and processing journal entries, reviewing and managing backlog, resolving issues and helping in ad hoc requests from Countries and other teams, cooperating with internal audit team, fulfilling month end closing tasks.
Senior Invoicing Specialist
Fulfilling all Invoicing Specialist duties, supporting Team Leader with reporting, preparing monthly SLA KPI reports along with monthly and quarterly statistics for rebilling of auto-invoices, conducting month end closing (closing AR books), preparing presentations, running trainings.
Invoicing Specialist
Creating invoices and credit notes for product (hardware and software), services and maintenance, submitting invoices to the Customers, processing ad-hoc invoice and credit note creation requests, reconciliation of Account Receivable Trade (deferred AR account).
Finance and Accounting Process Analyst in Controlling Team
Collecting and uploading actuals and forecasts data, playing a role of local controller for some projects, preparing reports and presentations, coordination of month end close activities, preparing and booking AR invoices, analyzing AR aging and keeping it current, researching and resolving dispute cases.
