Service Level Manager
Responsible for two global 24x5 available services: IS Service Requests Fulfillment Tool (55k internal users) and Learning Management System (120k internal+25k external users). Manage subordinate support teams located in Poland, Germany and India. Project management various internal projects (system interfacing & onboarding). Budget setup and control. Negotiate and maintain SLAs/OLAs. KPIs and customer satisfaction on a high level. Increase quality of application services and ensure proper governance by participating in Steering Committee meetings and leading Reference Team meetings. Manage service delivery teams: operations, release and change management and roll-out support including also external suppliers. Manage and lead project team, increase usage and drive strategy for the services. Establish and maintain close working relationships with Senior Sponsors, BU Heads and Service Owners worldwide. Direct reporting to Group Vice President IS Application Services.
Project Controller / Release Manager
Manage various global projects within ABB Group on global level from initiation phase to closure according Gate Model (ABB project management methodology). Recruit and manage project staff and 3rd party vendors. Selecting and deploying applications from requirements collection, market screening, tool selection, contract agreement, local buy-in, piloting to country rollouts. Resolve cross-functional issues. Provide status reports to the project sponsor and liaises / updates progress to project board/senior management. Facilitate new business requirements in a structured way and ensure analysis & estimations. Work with development leads/ architects or when applicable lead the development team through the design, development and test phases. Work with operations management during production migration, assisting projects in getting into operations. Direct reporting to Group IS Domain Manager.
