* Technical leading in design teams during gathering customer requirements, in the analysis, design and implementation of software solutions. Deciding about applied technologies and architecture solutions. Focused on the design and implementation of reliable software solutions to client needs.

* Involved in defining and assigning tasks including the installation, configuration / modification, testing / debugging, migration of data and documentation.

* Supervising and mentoring colleagues.

* Ensures the quality of the process and methodology for the manufacture of software in the scope of the project. Supports improvement of standards of the manufacturing / modification process of the software. Checks accuracy, completeness and compliance with the requirements provided solutions for customers
