Key areas of responsibilities and major accomplishments:
Non-organic growth:
- Integration Officer in two major acquisition (i.e. ratiopharm and Cephalon)
(i.a. development of integration plan, documents and tools; active monitoring and co-ordination of all integration related milestones across all departments)
- Origination and follow-through of in-licensing / supply agreement with Swiss OTC medicines manufacturer
- Co-ordination of products takeover following acquisition of French pharmaceutical company Theramex (four products from two companies)
- Co-ordination of and active participation in asset acquisition projects
(whole process: from target screening through first contacts with companies to negotiations and transaction mapping)
Project management:
- Project management of one of the biggest OTC launches in Poland (Vicks)
- Co-ordination of and active participation in successful talks with a leading global FMCG company on the potential co-operation within OTC sector in Poland
(resulted in a global joint venture agreement)
- Co-ordination of and active participation in change management of TEVA Poland OTC business model (following a joint venture with leading global FMCG company)
- Considerable experience in close co-operation with senior management across a number of company’s strategic projects
- Co-ordination of and active participation in a number of both internally and externally conducted strategic projects (i.a. sales force realignment, restructuring and change management)
