Management and coordination of expanded service departement. Supervision of Customer Relationships Management software implementation, developement of new CRM services.

Front-line management of the service department of portable gas detectors (Industrial Scientific/Oldham). Equipment servicing and repairs in the office or at customers' sites. End-user technical training. Participation in developing new service contracts and their further supervision. Management of customer, equipment and spares database (CDN XL software), providing continuous spare parts availability, keeping in touch with vendor offices (sales and service departments) with regard to pending orders. Proactive offering of new services to customers, technical support of sales dept., building and maintaining relations with customers.

Trainings: one week technical training in operation and maintenance of Industrial Scientific/Oldham portable gas detectors in Arras, France.

Installation and configuration of cardiology equipment (Cambridge Heart stress test platforms with Trackmaster treadmills and/or Ergoline ergo-meters, nSpire Health spirometry equipment, Spacelabs Healthcare resting and holter ECG equipment). Equipment servicing and repairs in the office or at customers' sites, remote and on-site technical support, end-user technical training, building and maintaining positive relations with customers. Cooperation with vendors' technical support. Provided over 70 independent installations in leading health centers in Poland.

Trainings: 3 day technical training in maintenance of Spacelabs Healthcare holter ECG equipment in Hertford, UK.
