• Conduct initial risk assessment of Trader and Trade Alerts by identifying Key Risk Indicators
• Interrogate triggered trades within Front Office Risk Management and Monitoring systems in order to obtain further details in relation to trade bookings
• Liaise with Middle Office teams in order to gain further explanations surrounding alerted trade bookings
• Providing recommendations for an appropriate Alert Level along with providing sufficient commentary and evidence to investigations to second level reviewers
• Improving Key Risk Indicators design as well as improving functionality and operational effectiveness of the Rrisk Management and Monitoring systems

• Produce and check quality and accuracy of a defined segment of global institutional client reports
• Complete any client specific tasks in accordance with agreed procedures and timelines and deal with various ad-hoc queries
• Conduct training and job shadowing for the new joiners
• Work in tandem with the Data validation, Reconciliation, Investment commentary and exhibit development functions
• Take responsibility for maximizing the potential automation of systems and processes for efficient workflow and production
• Verify and assist with co-ordination of timely and accurate update of the client level data

• Perform daily data analysis and data updates
• Prepare daily reports, manage data into risk systems and deal with data issues to resolution
• Manage production process through the risk systems and
ensure completeness, reasonableness and delivery of all the
outputs
• Ensure proactive communication, accurate and transparent reporting of procedures and adjustments completed on behalf of Market Risk Officers in each daily cycle
• Work with onshore supervisors and Risk Officers to continuously improve the process and service delivery

• maintain an accurate database in conjunction with information provided by all the involved parties
• process personal data input and control results of the automatic data uploads
• regularly execute reviews of all the remuneration package elements and prepare relevant reports
• deliver ongoing transactional and administrative services to expatriates
• respond to queries concerning remuneration and policies

• find attractive real estates and sign contracts with their proprietors
• organize and pursue real estate presentations
• take active part in real estate purchase and sale transactions

• prepare reports and statistics concerning accounts receivable
• carry out monthly and yearly closings
