Storage Management System Specialist III
- Support TSM servers on UNIX, Linux and Windows, including installation, upgrade and troubleshooting of TSM servers software
- Support of TSM clients, including installation, upgrade and troubleshooting of TSM clients
- Monitor system backups daily. This includes UNIX, Linux and Windows platforms using TSM as their backup solution.
- Monitor backup tape and backup disk environments, including the hardware, and initiate hardware vendor repairs
- Provide support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve issues with daily backups including 24x7 on-call support
- Acts as a technical consultant on complex projects
