HR Business Partner
• Supervise and carry out Talent Acquisition process within the designated areas of the organization. Manage relations with recruitment vendors and universities. Coordinate recruitment branding activities and job fairs.
• Support the business in identifying training needs using performance evaluation data, psychometric tools, 360 assessment, creating personal development plans. In cooperation with L&D, prepare and conduct workshops and presentations for the employees.
• Support and communicate Gallup engagement survey process in the respective departments. Facilitate Impact planning process and monitor implementation.
• Develop and implement career and succession planning programs to ensure that the number and quality of employees are available at all levels of the respective departments. Ensure goal alignment of the HR strategy and business strategy of International Paper and the respective departments.
• Advice managers and employees on a broad scope of personnel issues which arise out of or affect work situations. Resolve employee grievances and appeals, when necessary support disciplinary actions.
• Manage programs and tools such as Performance and Development Roadmap, Leadership programs, annual People Review process. Support Managers in Performance Improvement Plans.
• Execute corporate & regional HR practices in the area of compensation. Work closely with department Heads and Compensation and Benefits team to ensure adequate job matching and the right compensation packages.
• Advice managers and employees on labor law related matters.
• Monitor HR processes. Analyze HR metrics to prepare reports and draw conclusions to support Managers in decision making.
• Cooperate with the Regional HR Business Partners & external HR service providers on local, regional and corporate HR projects.
• Lead change and assists the organization in improving its capability to embrace challenges.

• Advisory and support for Department Heads and Line Managers in regards to Individual Development Plans, Career Development Paths, Early Key Talent Program, Mentoring Program
• Preparing and delivering communication to business of all HR related matters
• Providing support in Performance Management and Measurement process
• Support for Line Managers in building and communicating Performance Improvement Plans for underperforming individuals
• Delivering trainings for Employees and Line Managers (Induction, Cooperation within UBS etc.)
• Identifying strengths and weaknesses of individuals to set appropriate annual objectives to maximize individual and team performance using SHL MQ, OPQ32 questionnaires
• Advisory and support for Department Heads and Line Managers in regards to Individual Development Plans, Career Development Paths, Early Key Talent Program, Mentoring Program
