Staffing Specialist GWE
Goal of the role: Project Management, HR Transition Management, C-level Client Management, Escalation Management, People Management, Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Quality, SOW negotiations
-> FY 11 & 12 Graduate Programme lead for GWE (General Western Europe) region – responsible for project management - budget planning and review, recruitment process for graduate roles across the region;
Managing the team of 6 recruiters responsible for CV screens and phone screens, training the new comers from the recruitment process and the HP policies and procedures, making the presentations for the client. Managing the budget for all 8 countries in GWE region , creating marketing materials for Job Fairs, Career Fairs and Universities activities.
-> Designed and or facilitated training in the areas of leadership, professional skills, and technical skills: simple to complex selling skills, time management, customer service, effective meetings, interpersonal communication, conflict resolution,
-> Managing high volume recruitment projects: working on tight deadlines to meet business needs
-> Support a variety of special hiring initiatives (Internal Mobility Programme)
-> Ensure appropriate documentation is completed according to service standards
-> Foster business relationships with hiring managers and recruiting teams in multinational locations
-> Maintain and continues to acquire specialized knowledge within functional field
-> Participate in various projects (Marketing and Events Campaigns, Job Fairs Preparation, responsible for on-boarding new employees)
Participation in different Center’s projects:
-Member of Coroprate Social Responsibility Team (responsible for Culture Cluster and PR/ Communication - responsible for sending communication inside and outside the company, updating internal web site)
-New Employee Orientation trainer– presentation on Being Rewarded for your work, HP History, HP Today, Workshop

-> Coach and assist hiring managers throughout the process
-> Screening applications forms
-> Conducting phone interviews with candidates
-> Participated in face to face interviews with applications

-> HP Ambassadors Programme – selecting the Ambassadors, coordination of project, contact with job fairs organizers, organization of photo session for participants
-> HP Family Picnic – member of the organization team, taking part in meetings with suppliers, managing the participant list, taking care of communication (emails, advert campaign)
-> recruiting@hp – market intelligence project on sources of candidates, my role was participating in preparation of the questionnaire and conducting interviews with newcomers
-> Employee Academy – conducting master classes on Self-management
-> VoW 2009/2010 – being a member of a focus group, which was aimed at increasing employee engagement by sport and culture activities
-> Coach and assist hiring managers throughout the process
