• Extracting and analyzing ‘ad hoc’ HR reports from Power BI
• Performing Organizational Management changes, material Master Data maintenance in SAP and data quality improvements
• Administering and monitoring the employee life cycle related changes (onboarding, terminations, bank accounts, reporting etc.)
• Designing, testing and implementing process improvements in internal or PMO workshops.

Being Subject-Matter Expert for Italy and coordinating all the daily activities of the sub-team (4 FTEs)
• Extracting reports from Tableau and preparing dashboards from different HR Tools, supporting the PMO in projects and transitions
• Following all HR processes (from hire to retire, lifecycle, documents production, benefit, time and attendance, payroll) for Italy, South Africa and Middle East
• Processing and visualizing a broad range of different information including headcount, coverage, costs, internal & external surveys data
• Extracting information and raw data via SQL in order to transform them into structured evidence for further analysis.

- Administering and monitoring the employee life cycle related changes to e.g. mandatory notification to Public Institutions, transfers, leaves of absence, employments of external employees, scholarships, awards and salary changes by communicating with other stakeholder, answering to inquiries, updating systems, preparing, dispatching and filing documentation;
- Assigning HR cases and tasks to colleagues on a daily basis;
- Maintaining good data quality in HR systems related to employee lifecycle and provide on-demand reports related to employment lifecycle related services;
- Delivering best in class HR Service support to HR communities, business managers and employees, oversee accurate and timely processing of information with all stakeholders.

• Creating and comparing SAP reports related to sickness and Time&Attendance
• Performing HR transactions and data changes for HPe’s banking clients (Unicredit, Fineco, VTS) via SAP
• Updating procedures, providing SOP training and mentoring new colleagues.
