Financial Management.

Responsible for: analyzing and interpreting of financial data, preparation of financial/business analysis for the Management, providing them with answers to ad-hoc requests for financial analysis, participation in projects within area of expertise and in projects connected with mergers and acquisitions (Project Leader).

Responsible for the control of the finance function, including budgeting, planning and analysis (responsible for the preparation of financial reports, such as income statements, balance sheets. Preparing special reports required by regulatory authorities).
Project leader- SAP implementation.
Supervises financial reporting within an organization, implementation and monitoring of internal controls.

Accounting Associate in General Ledger. My main responsibility was to provide financial and accounting service to Dutch customers.
Daily responsibilities: maintenance and reconciliation of chart of accounts, payments monitoring, direct debits, monitor and clear GR/IR account, monitor blocked AP invoices, Fixed Assets activation, depreciation, settlement, sales, scrapping, trainings given to new employees.
MEC responsibilities: bookings and reconciliation of treasury, domestic VAT reporting (Netherlands), Intrastat, Extrastat, Prodcom, VAT monthly, VAT quarterly, STAR – trainings given to the employees, MEC AR, AP, GL period closure - reconcile GL with subledger, posting of liabilities accrual, PCA transfers, distribution and reconciliation, MEC FX revaluation, COMAR, BCS and ICS’s MEC reporting.

Process invoices accurately, in a timely manner ensuring compliance with accountancy, tax, local and legal rules. Resolve all issues regarding booking invoices as well as all customer queries received. Undertake required and relevant communication with partners and customers and follow up to resolve cases. Prepare reconciliations accurately.
