Prime responsibility for defining and development of Routex Cards acceptance network in Europe in line with the overall cards strategy.
Identify, propose and deliver (x)-acceptance deals to close network gaps
Define, develop, maintain and optimise profitable Cards pricing offer
Approve overall rebates and discounts levels for European card sales to ensure competitiveness in markets
Regional scope: 34 countries plus Russia, Belarus and Ukraine
Financial scope:
o Strategy delivery incremental RCOP $50m until 2015
o Cards Volume across Europe ~ 2bn litre
o Turnover Fuels and Road Toll ~ 8 bn $
