► Manages and coordinates technical activities of the development team, advice on necessary actions to ensure right tasks for right people are assigned.

SENIOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPER (September 2012 - October 2013), Credit Risk C++/Unix
► Stream Lead within Credit Suisse, responsible for credit risk application development and working group establishment to implement regulatory changes incorporating FSA and FINMA requirements.
► Introduction of Scrum Framework to the team. Established and actively participated in agile workshop to promote robust practices.
► Initiated organizational changes to foster and structure Team Leader model.

SENIOR R&D ENGINEER (May 2011 - August 2012)
► Technical Lead and Scrum Master with overall responsibility for Self Organized Network entities and features (C++, Linux).
► Coordinates activities, coaches other team members in solving engineering problems, participates in reviews of own and neighboring projects.
► Incorporated agile practices. Exploratory tests and Pair Programming decreased customer reported defect number by 30% between releases.
► Demonstrated outstanding performance and contribution to customer satisfaction, KDDI acceptance test, Ace of Hearts award (Tokyo, Japan).

SOFTWARE ENGINEER (January 2009 - April 2011)
► Individual contributor. Designed and develops embedded LTE solutions for next generation mobile network. Implemented RRC protocol stack for Motorola eNB, used C/C++, UML.
► Proposed architecture and implemented IPC library to tackle inter-process communication overhead. Overall CPU usage cut down by a factor of 2.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER (September 2007 - December 2008)
► Individual contributor. Developed and tested software for CDMA BTS. Provides debug strategy for legacy code (mainly C, C++).
► Writes black-box test procedures and plays key role during integration test for high capacity UBS station.
