• Responsible for providing advanced software and technical support for business customersinquiries on the Sabre Red Workspace product line, related applications and host functionality.
• Analyzes and identification of key problems using diagnostic tools to advise correct solution for the customers.
• Escalation of unresolved issues using available tools and documentation, cooperation with specialized departments to assure task accomplishment.
• Creation of reports advising improvement of applications and transactions functionality, gathering customers’ suggestions about system development.
• Support of Holiday Autos car hire - creation and amending of customers reservations, selling insurance, performing refunds.
