Eurohypo AG is one of the biggest financial institution providing loans for real estate investments such as office space projects, shopping centers, hotels. During 3 months internship she was responsible for market research of data, supervising currently opened loans by verification of the level of work performed versus work program. One of the major task concerned calculation of future cash flow for potential project to verify whether the risk to provide a loan for the investment is acceptable by bank (internal rates) and repayments will be provided on timely basis.

She participated in a project with professionally concerning evaluation of the Telecommunication company Telenet Sp. z o.o. using assets method in respect of takeover by Multimedia Polska Sp. z o.o. The calculation included projection of average investment expenditures for assets for next 10 years.

She participated in project concerning technical and financial analysis, in group of professionals for Bank ABN AMBRO and Bank Austria Creditanstalt AG. Task was based on verification of provided projection of business activity for the next 5 years. The work involved performing researches and analysis of telecommunication actives on the polish market including competition part. The purpose of the project was to verify whether to grant by bank investment loan on the level of 150 mln EURO.
