Perform daily cash management related tasks (preparing short term cash
flow forecast, monitoring and validating short/medium term
funding/investments and foreign currency transactions) and maintain
banking related documents (authorized signatory cards, account
opening/closing forms, bank contracts, bank letters and bank
guarantees) on behalf of PMI legal entities handled by the Shared
Service Center (SSC).

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of Treasury records and
reporting in accordance with all legal, fiscal, statutory and PMI
policies and procedures.

Work with Baltic states and Turkish affiliates (out going invoices preparation, incoming invoices checking and booking in the system). Preparation of monthly, quarterly, annually reports to the customers. Reconciliations. Preparing payments. Solving daily problems. Work with Treasury data base. Preparation documents for archive. Back up for Greece, Germany, Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Small amounts invoices preparation; Front office financial statements preparation; Crew duty time reports preparation; Jet fuel reports preparation; Reports for Department of Statistic preparation;
Agreements preparation; Business trips organizing; Preparing documents for archive.

Insurance contracts administration ( stopping, many transferring from one contract to another and other), debts administration, preparing documents for trail and for archive.
