RTR Accounting Lead
• Maintain US GAAP ledgers including preparation and review of related journal entries and reconciliations in line with corporate policies.
• Drive and own the financial close process, conduct financial and accounting analysis involving general accounting and inter-company transactions.
• Serve as the key contact relating to all RTR activities for the assigned affiliate and Treasury Subject Matter Expert for Area Financial Services globally.
• Provide BPO with a guidance for resolution of accounting issues.
• Partner closely with Area Financial Services Chief Accountant and with the Finance Directors of the affiliate to ensure high quality of the ledgers and full compliance with the Accounting Policies.
• Assist in audit preparation and other projects as necessary.
• Propose and implement initiatives aimed to improve efficiency of the process.
