GL/RTR Manager
Manage team of financial analysts ( 5 FTE’s dedicated to general ledger, Fixed assets, managerial reporting, consolidation reporting under IFRS and financial controllers activities)
Manage the period/quarter/year end processes and deliver all required activities accurate and timely for 8 French entities with annual turnover exceeding 2.5 billion euros
Accountable for financial statement correctness and presenting the financial results to senior management
Challenge insufficiency or incorrect financial data provided by external or internal stakeholders ensuring all accounting entries are substantiated and understandable for independent readers.
Participation and implementation of complex financial transactions – entities mergers, reduction of share capital and changing of financial policies
Cooperate with various stakeholders - Senior management, Auditors, authorities representatives and business partners
Effectively and promptly identifying and resolving problems, organize and coordinating status meetings and ensuring all issues and knowledge gaps are correctly addressed and timely resolved
Leading transition of managerial information reporting and financial controller activities from local affiliate to offshore location
Lead improvement process activities through implementation of new technological solutions -SAP business object analysis, visual basic scripts for financial reporting automation

RTR Accounting lead
Maintain US GAAP and local ledgers including the preparation and/or review of related journal entries and reconciliations
Prepare and review financial and accounting analysis involving complex transactions including but not limited to general accounting, fixed assets, intercompany and financial reporting activities/transactions
Prepare and provide to Finance Director/s variance analysis between actual and planned financial data
Provide accounting treatment in line with Group policies for Affiliates
Serve as the key contact relating to all Record to Report activities for the affiliate or cluster of affiliates
Drive and own the financial close process for the affiliate or cluster of affiliates
Produce and review management and statutory reports with affiliates
Provide third party provider with a guidance for resolution of accounting issues
Coordinate Statutory/Fiscal Reports process with third party provider
Prepare tax miscellaneous filings and maintain record of all Regulatory Filings
Drive and co-ordinate the financial close process for the Portuguese and Bulgarian affiliates
Assist in audit preparation
Propose and implement initiatives aimed to improve efficiency and quality of the process
