• Recruits, hires, and trains new warehouse employees. Coaches, counsels, schedules, and disciplines current warehouse employees as needed by enforcing policies and procedures.
• Contributes to creating and recommending strategic plans and reviews to achieve operational objectives. Prepares and implements production and quality plans based around customer service standards. Resolves problems and identifies trends.
• Forecast’s requirements prepare annual budgets, schedules expenditures, analyzes variances and initiates corrective actions to meet financial objectives of the warehouse.
• Determines product handling and storage requirements to develop warehouse operations systems. Develops, implements, evaluates, and enforces policies and procedures. Develops processes for receiving product, utilizing equipment, managing inventory and shipping product.
• Develops and implements effective warehouse layout that accounts for product flow, equipment, and product handling systems.
• Establishes, follows, and enforces safety standards and procedures in compliance with a healthy work environment and legal requirements.
• Develops protection and access policies and coordinates security patrols to keep the property secure.
• Participates in ongoing education to update job knowledge

• Handle manpower (80 staff) including office staffs, warehouse man, van drivers and van helpers.
• Responsible for preparing and checking /arranging the shipping Invoices with warehouse and send to transportation officers to make route and send food stuff to restaurants and customer's facility.
• Prepare and update container arrival schedule and coordinating with shipping line, clearance team, transporter, and warehouse team.
• Coordinate with customs broker and transporter to fulfill the store / sales requirements.
• Updating containers in the system and Discrepancy report to Purchase Department.
• Reports the damages with the Quality Team and insurance company and conduct insurance survey with certified survivor.
• Responsible for maintaining the documents and other related records.
• Responsible for Product requirements and compliance
• To attend all department meetings and trainings whenever scheduled
• Perform regular physical inventory counting activities to ensure stock count & location accuracy.
• Keeping abreast of developments in Logistics, Stores, Shipping, Retail & Vehicle Maintain and arrangements of delivery.
