• Troubleshooting and analytical skills for all UC related issues.
• Plan and test Video network software upgrades as per client need
• Integrate videoconferencing backend and front end infrastructure with third party servers (Avaya, Cisco, Microsoft LYNC, IBM same time & Lotus Note, MS Active Directory, MS Exchange Server etc.)
• Lync Server 2013 and Skype for business 2015
• Demonstrate how to read SIP traces, specifically utilizing Snooper with UCCAPI logs.
