• Management of three utilities (CPL "City Center for Information Technology - Telecommunications Operators (1), CPL" town hall service - maintenance costs the City Council (2), CPL "newspaper" Town Hall "- a weekly Newspaper Lviv City Council (3)) and six departments (Department of Administrative Services (1) - register all hits to the municipality, the monitoring department for citizens and legal persons (2), Department of Central City Dispatch Service (3), Press Service City Council (4), Department of International Relations (5), accounting organizational and information management (6));
• Planning and coordination of the CPL and departments, working forest development projects (Lviv integrated information processing systems) and other development projects (including cooperation with the cities of Lviv partners);
• During the head-organizational information management has created two new departments (Department of Administrative Services and Monitoring Division for citizens and legal persons), introducing parallel to a paper full of centralized electronic document conversion (from making electronic resolutions and location of documents within the council) until the introduction of electronic signature in Ukraine (for this for two months was conducted major maintenance registration halls (with the necessary resettlement units downy) and upgrade existing software applications based on electronic documents Lotus Notes);
• During the head-organizational information management streamlined work of subordinate CPL "MTSIT" and "Town Hall-service" that with the loss-making enterprises, they are not only profitable but also began to develop;

o • In 2004 and 2005 was a project manager "Window" and "Implementation of GIS as a component of municipal forest information system" to supply the competition to the Fund for Local Self-Government of Ukraine.
• • Also, the idea of preparing projects with Polish, German, Austrian and Belarusian institutions (local governments, regional institutions, agencies, etc.) submitted to the competition committee European Commission;
• On my own initiative together with Igor Katernyak (UDL-distance learning system) in June 2006, organized the visit the leaders of the Polish unit of consulting firm McKinsey & Company for talks with newly appointed mayor of Lviv and the Lviv Regional State Administration on the development strategy of the city (which presented positive results of cooperation with developing appropriate strategies Lodz (Poland), M. Volfsburh and Dortmund (Germany)).
