- Ensuring compliance with OpCo regulatory and tax requirements
by following guidance provided by the OpCo
- Supporting internal/external audits by preparing information as and when requested
- Participating as required in transition activities which include initial work shadowing in
the assigned OpCO
- Supporting PtP department in terms of accurate tax posting

- In charge of taxation/accountancy in Fabory activities in Poland
- Reporting to : Sales Director of Fabory PL, Financial Controller of Fabory CEE and Shared Service Manager of Fabory CEE
- Financial Statement preparation (balance sheet, profit and loss statement, all relevant notes) according to polish GAAP
- Cooperation with External Auditors from PL and CZ regarding accuracy of financial statement
- Profit and loss statement and balance sheet preparation and analysis on monthly basis (according to NL GAAP, adjustments were done in Hyperion)
- General ledger and fixed assets accounting; reconciliations (e.g. bank, intercompany, sub-ledgers); account clearings; calculation and posting of accruals and provisions
- Processing of month-end closing and year-end closing
- Tax reporting to local tax offices, being company representative
during tax inspection
- Reporting to local authorities (tax office, statistical bureau etc.)
- Reviewing job made by AP and AR department

I.FULL ACCOUNTING
- keeping day to day financial books and analytical and synthetic records
- preparing company's tax declarations, establishing monthly advance-tax amounts
- preparing transfers to the tax office
- running VAT purchases and sales
- verifying issued and received VAT invoices
- preparing VAT forms
- recording bank statements, payroll, cash report and other documents
- preparing financial statements according to the binding law, including the appropriate appendices to the explanation of positions of: the balance sheet, profit and loss account on the basis of financial documentation

II.GENERAL-RULE ACCOUNTING
- running Revenues and Expenditures Book
- recording economic events in revenues book with the division into revenues and revenue costs
- keeping fixed assets and inventory books
- calculating advance-tax amounts with the consideration of different revenue sources

III.SIMPLIFIED ACCOUNTING – TAX CARD, RECORDED LUMP SUM
- running tax records documentation required from a tax payer
- supervising the deadlines, limits and factors that influence gaining or losing the right to the said type of taxation
- keeping the records of fixed assets and inventory

- Developing candidate base (focused across all 27 EU countries)
- Wokring with established candidates helping match suitable vacancies to their needs
- Networking across established and new contacts to find specific candidates across different countries in Europe
- Generating sales leads
- Developing new contacts from scratch
- Telephone interviewing and evaluating potential candidates and finding an appropiate solution to their needs
- Developing relationships with senior managers in Recsel's established client portfolio
- Proactively developing new clients, from scratch across all EU countries
- Contacting and cold calling senior managers across Europe
