Project Specialist
Project Specialist coordinates, runs or is a project member of projects for Heineken Krakow operations within scope of their process, assuring all deliverables in time and managing all local and external stakeholders.
• Analyzes and identifies possible improvements in processes, systems and ways of working within the process
• Leads and drives end to end projects and standardizations across OpCo's within agreed timeframe ensuring proper resource planning, solution identification and effective change management throughout the organization
• Proactively reports on project execution to Operations Support Lead and process stakeholders to effectively identify risks/issues/dependencies as they arise throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide and coordinate impact assessment for the proposed changes
• Supports process migrations projects (in and out of HEINKEN Krakow), especially in PtP and RtR departments
• Supports change management activities in regards to implemented changes
• Follows compliance with Design book and other relevant process/systems
• Acts as project resource to IPM, BASE (Ccro), Process specific or other Global projects.

PtP Specialist - Sending SME
PtP solution design and implementation for HEINEKEN Global Business Office (Sending Team)
- As is process analysis and solution design for To Be
- FTE Sizing
- Asses process complexity and validate language dependencies, skill set and language requirements and team mix
- Recommend a knowledge transfer model, pre OJT plan, ramp up and ramp down plan commensurate with process complexity and standardization requirements
- Identify the Pre-OJT training needs and deliver extend process trainings
- Recommend/ analyze/ put in place metrics framework: validate KPIs/PPIs
- Analyze performance and propose corective actions
- Identify process risks and mitigation, and designing solutions to minimize the impact

- Plan and execute training to new hires / on floor existing agents.
- Detail understanding of process and business needs.
- Framing and updating the training modules as per the requirement.

- Process freight monthly invoices; creating reports: backlog status, accuracy check, duplicates; G/L account clearing.
- Continuous support of all Junior PtP Administrator activities.

Process Purchase Order (PO) invoices by conducting 3-way matching, sending PO workflow item to approver, posting & releasing invoice. Process non-PO invoices by sending non-PO workflow item to approver, updating workflow data and rerouting the item to the approver, review and post non-PO invoice. Manage non-invoice documents, processing by checking statement against outstanding invoices, confirming invoice status to vendor. Running automatic clearing program as appropriate and create list of items not cleared and send to purchasing. Deliver effective first line customer support and maintain key relationships. Respond to queries from vendors and OpCo via e-mail/telephone in alignment with service management processes.

Participation in Transition project from Dutch OpCo to HGSS (Knowledge transfer: July - September 2013).
