SV of 2 teams - AP with German and Scanning - consisting of 10 employees each, responsible for: team management, reporting activities, point of contact for customer's representatives, organization of customer's visits, contol over metrics, routines and policies, involvement by presentations and hosting external/potential clients.

Leader of AP German Team, main tasks: introducing new employees to the team, workload distribution, solving complex accounting problems,creating schedules, taking care of relationship with a client, visit at client's location due to process adjustments.

Checking invoice compliance according to German tax law and defining tax codes for foreign invoices, update of process documentation, solving tax-related internal issues, sharing knowledge about internal tax procedures with other employees. Kaizen SPOC position as additional activity - providing support and verification by process improvements in different departments.

Booking invoices in SAP system, dealing with customer response center activities: responding on e-mails and calls from suppliers in German and English (DE,AT,CH), solving accounting problems, answering on dunning letters and cash discount claims, calling suppliers regarding current actions or issues, responsibility for rejection process: informing vendors about rejected invoices.
