As a self-employed individual I am required to provide my own employment figures. My responsibilities include: bookkeeping creating daily income and expenditure reports, P/L, tax returns and statistics management. Looking after my own business and staying successful in this highly competitive and innovative world is very challenging. However, developing a mission and strategy including SWOT analysis and setting strategic objectives, had definitely a successful impact on my business performance. I believe planning, organizing and setting goals is a key to success. Also development of various marketing campaigns such as: business cards, magnetic car adverts design, online advertising and special offers with fixed fares for regular clients resulted in building a strong relationship with my customers. Dealing with corporate clients from all over the world on a daily basis is a key aspect in developing an excellent customer service skills. I also attended SPSV skills development course (hospitality and customer service), first aid course. All these experiences taught me leadership, communication, organization and planning. I've also learnt that customer service is one of the most important factors to succeed. An excellence in customer service is definitely a competitive advantage of any organization.

As a shift manager I was responsible for dealing with documentation, deliveries and customer service on a daily basis. My tasks also included: team management (supervising and motivating employees), till operations including end of day reconciliation, cash handling, creating daily reports and achieving monthly sales targets. Achievements: Outstanding Newcomer title. Employee of the month titles. My leadership skills were rapidly recognized by the management - promotion to a shift manager position after 6months of employment. These responsibilities taught me team work skills, attention to details, communication and problem solving. I've learnt that cooperation with your team, motivation, communication and listening is a key in achieving deadlines, exceeding targets and high customer satisfaction.
