Establish and implement purchasing strategies, policies, and procedures
Collaborate with Sales Management to establish safety stock levels
Establish, build, and maintain relationships with all key suppliers
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with key suppliers
Manage a team of buyers
Working with the team to maximize the commercial position of the business
Develop and implement sourcing strategy
Commercial analysis of key performance indicators
Analyzing costs and profits across the business areas
Reviewing and verifying estimates and budgeting for future and prospective work
Ensure commercial risks are identified and managed
Responsibilities as Marketing Director
Plan, monitor and execute marketing strategies across all channels including, online, offline and mobile
Manage a substantial marketing budget across all marketing channels;
Lead a small team of experts in SEA Display, SEO, Social Media, Content to excel in their fields and help them achieve their predefined targets;
Support in developing local strategies and adhering to overall company vision and strategy, while achieving and exceeding targets in sales within assigned budget restrictions;
Ensure efficiency and ROI on all paid campaigns, and develop and execute strategies for testing new online and offline channels
Analyze customer acquisition funnels and general marketing performance metrics, enable to consistently optimize and outperform targets and goals;
Work with vendors and agencies to accomplish necessary tasks
