Develop propositions for: Mobile (Voice, Data and Roaming); Broadband, Fixed Voice (NGV and Core) and Bundles (Landline, Broadband and Mobile)
• Evolve the proposition portfolio designed for SOHO and larger SME’s
• Responsible for defining proposition pricing. Ensure eir is well positioned to win in the market.
• Monitor competition and commercial changes within market place
• Ensure new and existing collateral and website is up to date with SME propositions portfolio
• Lead Go To Market process to ensure we maximize the impact of all the promotions and propositions that are rolled out
• Develop Go To Market roadmap to drive acquisition and retention within the sales channels
• Manage marketing team to ensure marketing campaigns (eDM, DM, SMS) are delivered within deadlines
• Analyse marketing campaigns results and identify opportunities to improve these through changes in promotions and propositions
• Work with marketing, operations, and customer service to ensure smooth service delivery of products and services to customers.
• Work with Product Management team to priorities the product development roadmap
• Responsible for the development of the marketing launch by collaborating with Marketing Communications and all Sales Channels

Evolve the Data and Roaming proposition portfolio to include a range of mobile propositions designed to meet all business customers’ needs – from SOHO to Government customers.
• Ensure that there is an up to date competitive analysis for data and roaming propositions. Identify any potential gaps and build in any gap closure propositions into the proposition roadmap
• Lead on the roll out of LTE (4G) for Business markets.
• Lead Go to Market meetings for any roaming and Mobile data proposition.
• Represent business markets on the introduction of new EU roaming directive in July 13
• Develop a tablet strategy and associated proposition for all business markets. Responsible for defining proposition data pricing for 3G and LTE across all business segments
• Ensure profitability and margin of mobile propositions and systems in place to ensure regular tracking of such
• Development of business cases to support the launch of new propositions in the market
• Development & communication of key presentations to the senior business management team.

• managing International roaming on behalf of eircom mobile business units
• managing communication with roaming partners and building commercial relationships.
• roaming Agreements Management (including discount agreements)
• handling agreements negotiations with roaming partners
• monitoring roaming activities, and identifying opportune areas for change.
• analyzing roaming revenue, cost and develop and implement preferred roaming strategy

• ongoing support of Head of Wholesale in roaming revenue,
• developing commercial strategies and tactics to optimize wholesale roaming relationships,
• traffic analysis and forecasting for both roaming and other wholesales businesses,
• analysis of incoming discount agreement proposals and initiating proposals for Meteor,
• delivering and developing concise user-friendly reporting
• analyzing data from a variety of sources

• monitors and controls expenditures of assigned functions and projects
• participates in budget preparation and administration
• prepares reports, correspondence and other documents regarding a variety of assigned Finance related subjects and issues
