Responsibilities:
- Providing execution support to company's Senior/Leading Consultants on international
assignments and strategic projects.
- Being responsible for identifying, researching and approaching target candidates (top and
middle management executives) through internal database, dedicated internet databases
and networks;
- Pre-screening and assessing candidates on paper, on the phone and skype when relevant;
- Maintaining the candidate database timely by inputting and classifying relevant candidate
information;
- Following up on candidates from the first approach until the end of the process;
- Cooperating with Senior/Leading Consultants where appropriate to understand fully the
role or business that we are sourcing for;
- Taking part in different executive search/recruiting related projects.
