Key Account handling of OEM/Tier-1(B2B) customers
Generating sales enquiries/leads for new Business Development
Comprehensive preparation of commercial quote and submitting the quotation as
per customer’s requirement
Maximize sales revenue to customers on monthly, quarterly & yearly basis
Coordination with all concerned departments for order fulfillment
Sales order generation, maintaining customer purchase orders(PO) prices, creating
credit/debit notes for account reconciliation in SAP
Tracking daily dispatches for all customers and follow up with PPC ensuring dispatches
are scheduled as per sales plan
Prepare monthly, quarterly & yearly forecast based on Customer requirements
Reconciliation of pending payment and following up for collection target
Maintaining commercial relationships with customers & resolving inquiries raised by
them

Direct customer handling in case of RFQ's &in case of ECN
Ensure customers orders are delivered on time in full (OTIF) in a safe and cost
effective manner
Planning for weekly schedule sailing , follow up with transporters, CHA , FF for pickup
and timely delivery of consignment
Follow-up for RFQ's orders, sample developments across different departments
