- Administering IBM Domino Servers in customers environment
- Solving incidents and service requests regarding IBM Domino Server & IBM Notes - 2nd&3rd line of support
- Looking for improvements in customer environment
- Creating /modifying application & scripts/agents to automate some of the daily activity
a) agent to analyse backup logs
b) application to delete multiple databases from Domino Server at once
c) application to modify multiple databases' access right at once
d) application to migrate data to external storage
- Preparing and taking part in projects:
a) migration customer from Domino onPremise environment to IBM Cloud
b) migration customer from Domino onPremise environment to MS Exchange
c) migration customer datas to external resources
d) renaming customer's company name: changing emails domain

- Administering Domino Server environment: 1st & 2nd line of support
- Administering application for Electronic Documents Workflow
- Solving problems with IBM Notes & Domino
- Direct customers' support in general issue with IT infrastructure
