Project Manager
The role holds the following key responsibilities:
• Manages assigned projects through the various stages of the project lifecycle, from concept to implementation. This includes support the development of Statements of Work (SOW), business proposals, functional requirements, project plan w/milestones, financials, and implementation plan.
• Define concise goals and objectives within a project framework. Ensures all project requirements and/or objectives are correctly gathered, understood and properly translated for execution.
• Develops and owns project plan, establishing a road map with clear dates and clear deliverables. Manages the overall budget of assigned projects. Conducts project risk reviews and appropriate mitigation actions.
• Provides regular project updates to project team, relevant departments, stakeholders, project champions and senior leadership as needed.

Project Engineer
The role holds the following key responsibilities:
• Leads complex projects relating to new technical developments and processes.
• Supports and coordinates operations engineering projects from initiation through to completion.
• Supports project planning, staffing, progress reporting, people management and troubleshooting for engineering projects, ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
• During project implementation, leads the preparation, monitoring and evaluation of equipment set-ups, manufacturing layout, and process changes and/or corrective actions. Assesses the adequacy of data gathering methods utilized by the teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization utilizing proactive methodologies and trend analysis. Offer new ideas and suggestions for improvement Identify and implement new practices and processes that are “best in class”.

• The main area of engineering responsibility: TH Wave & Selective Soldering, Box Build (Final assembly), Laser Marking, US Welding.
• During project implementation, leads the preparation, monitoring and evaluation of equipment setups, manufacturing layout, and process changes and/or corrective actions. Implements best practices for maximum efficiency and cycle time optimization.
• Participates product or manufacturing development meetings, making recommendations for change, provides engineered solutions to complex equipment problems, drive continuous improvement and optimization utilizing proactive methodologies and trend analysis.
• Delivers quotes for projects including new equipment costs, labor, maintenance costs, etc.

• Release of project stages carried out by subcontractors on behalf of the main contractor.
• Creating reports, technical documentation and staff training.
